The three-storey student residence was built on top of an ALDI supermarket. The distance to the shops is therefore very short. The modern hall of residence with a total of 199 rooms was built in 2025 and is just a few minutes by bike from the Fortstraße and Bürgerstraße campuses.

The rent per flat is currently between 441 euros and 884 euros (including all ancillary costs). The rent also includes the cost of an internet connection. The standard deposit to be paid is €650.00.

Applications for this hall of residence can be submitted throughout the year. The move-in dates are 1 April and 1 October of each year. All applications submitted by 1 March and 1 September are included in the allocation for the respective semester.
