Many diners have intolerances to certain ingredients. It is therefore important to be able to quickly identify which ingredients to avoid at the counter.
All MyMensa users can automatically display all dishes that contain additives or allergens relevant to them.
This way, you can quickly see what's available for you that day. However, if you are still unsure, you can always ask our staff at the counter.Our rule is:
As few additives as possible. We deliberately avoid flavor enhancers such as glutamate or yeast extracts in our dining halls. We label our food and beverages in accordance with food law requirements. The approved additives and allergens that must be labeled are indicated on our menus / meal plans / notices in the form of code numbers / footnotes as follows:Additives

- 12 - with chocolate coating
- 13 - contains caffeine
- 14 - excessive consumption may produce laxative effects
