Are you starting an apprenticeship and still looking for somewhere to stay in Landau?

At our WOHNEN³ hall of residence, we rent out apartments to apprentices, nursing students and interns. It’s right in the city centre, directly above an ALDI supermarket, and brand new (set to open in autumn 2025).

Information about the hall of residence
  • 199 places, room sizes in the apartments ranging from 12.5m² to 27m².
  • Single apartments, 2-person and 3-person shared flats
  • Fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, kitchen with fridge and ceramic hob, shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror.
  • Laundry room with washing machine and dryers
  • Underground bicycle parking
  • A high-speed internet connection is automatically included in your rent.
  • You can stay with us for as long as you have a valid training or work placement contract.
  • You must pay a security deposit of 650 euros to us.

The hall of residence offers accommodation in the following categories:
  • Single apartments (living space approx. 22m²), Rent: €512 all-inclusive including all service charges and high-speed internet.
  • Large single apartments (living space approx. 34.6m²) Rent: €701 all-inclusive including all service charges and high-speed internet.
  • 2-person shared flats with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. The flat has a total size of 47m², with room sizes ranging from 15 to 18.5m². Rent per room: €512 – €543 inclusive of utilities depending on room size, including all service charges and high-speed internet.
  • 3-person shared flats with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. The flat has a total size of 65m², with room sizes ranging from 12.5m² to 15.2m² to 17.7m². Rent per room: €464 – €543 (all inclusive) depending on room size, including all service charges and high-speed internet.

What requirements must be met for us to offer you a tenancy agreement?
  • You need a valid apprenticeship or work placement contract from your employer.
  • If you are still a minor, you need your parents’ signature on the tenancy agreement.
  • You need a bank account from which we can collect the rent.

How can I apply for an apartment?
First things first: applying for an apartment is free of charge and non-binding. You won’t incur any costs until you’ve signed a tenancy agreement with us. Until then, you can withdraw your application at any time without giving a reason.
