Wow! We received almost 50 recipes for a vegan main dish by February 23rd!!! Thank you all for that - we are very happy!!!
Now it's up to us to check your submitted recipe for suitability for commercial kitchens, affordability of ingredients and the smallest possible carbon footprint. We will certainly also try out one or two recipes. This will take a little time.All recipes that pass this first test will then go to our AStA and Green Office jury.
