- The rent is: €270 for a single room and €325 for an apartment
- The deposit is €650.

Applications can be submitted throughout the year. The moving in dates are 01.04. and 01.10. of each year. All applications submitted by 01.03. and 01.09. will be able to participate in the allocation process for the respective semester.
