The hall of residence has:

  • Single flats with a size of approx. 22 sqm
  • Double flats with a size of approx. 55 sqm
  • 47 outside parking spaces. The rent for a parking space is € 15.00 per month.

The monthly rent per flat or place in a double flat is:
  • In Godramsteinerstr. 50/50a: 315.- Euro unfurnished and 320.- Euro furnished (warm incl. all utilities and internet)
  • In Godramsteinerstr. 50b: 350.- Euro furnished (warm incl. all utilities and internet)
  • The deposit is € 650.
