The hall of residence has:
  • 188 dormitory places: of which 92 places (86 single flats and 3 double flats in Godramsteinerstraße 50/50a and 96 places (80 single flats and 8 double flats) in Godramsteinerstraße 50b.
  • Single flats with a size of approx. 22 sqm
  • Double flats with a size of approx. 55 sqm
  • 87 outside parking spaces. The rent for a parking space is € 10.00 per month.

The monthly rent per flat or place in a double flat is:
  • In Godramsteinerstr. 50/50a: 285.- Euro unfurnished and 290.- Euro furnished (warm incl. all utilities and internet)
  • In Godramsteinerstr. 50b: 320.- Euro furnished (warm incl. all utilities and internet)
  • The deposit is € 650.
