The residence hall is located in the heart of Landau and features a supermarket on the ground floor. Built in 2025, it will open for the first time in the 2025/2026 winter semester.
PLEASE NOTE: This residence hall also accepts students from other universities and dual-track students from other universities.

• Rent for RPTU students: The rent, including all utilities and high-speed internet, ranges from €441 (shared room / limited availability) to €884 per month, depending on the size of your apartment.
• Rent for students from other universities: Students from other universities pay a surcharge (pro-rated semester fee) of €23 per month.
• Rent for dual-track students from other universities: Dual-track students from other universities pay a surcharge of €100 per month.
• Built in 2025, 199 dormitory units, room sizes ranging from 12.5 m² to 27 m².
• Single apartments, 2-person and 3-person shared units
• Furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, kitchen with refrigerator and ceramic cooktop, shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Underground bike parking
• 6 minutes by bike to the Fortstraße campus. 7 minutes to the Bürgerstraße campus.
• Move-in dates: weekdays starting April 1 and weekdays starting October 1 of each year
• Minimum lease term: 1 semester
