This modern hall of residence is situated in the centre of Landau and features a supermarket on the ground floor. Built in 2025, it will be ready for occupancy from the 2025/2026 winter term.
PLEASE NOTE: This is the only hall of residence where we also accept students from other universities, dual-study students from other universities and apprentices.

Rent for RPTU students:

• Single flat (489.- euros)

• Shared accommodation: room in a 2-person flat share (489.- Euro)
• Shared accommodation: small room in a 3-person flat share (441.- Euro)
• Shared accommodation: medium-sized room in a 3-person flat share (489.- Euro)
• Shared flat: large room in a 3-person flat (520.- Euro)
• Room in a 2-room flat – suitable for people with severe disabilities (820.- Euro)
• Room in a 2-room flat – suitable for people with severe disabilities (884.- Euro)

Rent for students from other universities:

• Students from other universities pay a surcharge (pro-rata semester fee) of €23 per month.

Rent for dual-study students from other universities:

• Dual-study students from other universities pay a surcharge of €100 per month.

Rent for apprentices:

• Single flat (€512)
• Accessible single flat (€701)
• Shared accommodation: room in a 2-person flat share (from €512)
• Shared accommodation: room in a 3-person flat (from €464)

Information about the hall of residence

• 199 places in the hall of residence, room sizes ranging from 12.5 m² to 27 m².
• Single flats, 2-person and 3-person flats, accessible flats
• Furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, kitchen with fridge and ceramic hob, shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror.
• Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Underground bicycle parking
• 6 minutes by bike to the Fortstraße campus. 7 minutes to the Bürgerstraße campus.
• Move-in dates: on weekdays from 1 April and on weekdays from 1 October each year
• Minimum tenancy period: 1 semester for students / for apprentices, depending on the apprenticeship contract
